Congress Hosts

The University of Edinburgh has a long and distinguished history in pharmacology, therapeutics and toxicology, and we are proud to host the EACPT meeting in 2009 in association with our UK professional body and learned society, the British Pharmacological Society and its Clinical Pharmacology Section.

We anticipate a major focus on the therapeutics of organ-based diseases, as well as symposia related to pharmacoeconomics, pharmacogenetics and pharmacovigilance. This meeting will also be supported by a number of satellite symposia highlighting major new developments in the field.
