Delegate Registration

All attendees are strongly advised to register in advance of the Congress.

All fully registered delegates will receive the following:

Delegate bag including the abstract book, programme and other Congress materials
Name badge permitting access to all sessions
Refreshments during breaks
Welcome Reception at Edinburgh Castle . (Please note numbers are limited so early booking is recommended)

Registration Fees

To take advantage of the reduced rates, registrations must be completed by 1st April 2009. The registration fees are as follows:

Partners

Partners must be registered if they wish to participate in tours or social events. Please provide full guest names as all guests will be issued with a badge for entry to the Welcome Reception at Edinburgh Castle . The partner’s fee includes:

A name badge
Access to the Welcome Reception
Options to book the Congress Dinner and Congress Tours
Please note Partners do not get access to scientific sessions
